On a day in August of 2019 was staring blankly at my computer screen wondering how I was going to take my business to the next level. I had been looking for a “mentor” to use as a sounding board for my business. I had always had mentors in my corporate life and I felt like I needed one then.

I had two goals in mind when we started working together. I wanted to grow to 1MM in revenue and be able to sell the business by the time my contract was up with my franchisor.
Within those three years WinRate has coached me to increase my revenue by 65% yearly, exceeding the 1MM goal, and more importantly coached me to increase the value of my business by 3X. I have entered into a contract with a buyer to sell my business earlier then expected. Out of curiosity I used the same calculations used to determine the current value on my pre WinRate numbers to come up with the 3X growth in business value.
I have observed other franchise owners who have not seen the growth and business grow like I have and in some cases close without selling. I attribute a lot of my success to WinRates guidance and the fact that I have been held accountable for my own actions.
As a business owner it is difficult to see the forest through the trees sometimes. Mike was able to provide a different view and help me see things from a different perspective.
