Coaching Format
1:1 Coaching is done on Zoom twice per month for 1-hour durations. The calls will be a blend of reviewing completed action items from the last call, checking in on where you are at with day-to-day problems that we can help you solve, and holding you accountable to the initiatives set forth to get you to your goals.
In between calls you are expected to reach out to and utilize your coach. The coaches on our team are dedicated to your success. If you need something it is your job to reach out so we can help you in the moment and simplify and solve problems quickly.

Coaching Assignment Process
Coaching assignments are very intentional. We use a 3 step process to assign the best coach for you based on your personality, your industry, where you are now, and where you want to go.
- You take an Innermetrix personality test. This gives us deep insight into how you behave and how you like to be communicated with.
- You complete an onboarding call and form going over some key specifics about what your goals are both personally and professionally.
- Members of our leadership team meet to assign the coach who is best suited to get you to where you want to be the fastest and get you an ROI on your time and energy in this process.

We coach from experience. Our team of successful business owners, operators and leaders have knowledge in a vast array of business and personal accumen. Help 1st is a core value, and if they don’t have an answer, they will seek help until we find it for you. Every business is different and has different needs and problems. We take a tactical approach in the first 90 days to develop an understanding of what you want. Then we develop a strategy together with our clients to implement tactical approach to execute that strategy.
How do you pair a client with a coach?
We are strategic in how we pair our clients. It depends on needs, personality, industry, and our coaches experience. We have an onboarding process we take you through that gives us a better understanding of who you are and how you like to communicate and be held accountable.
Our job is to get you results and we take that very seriously. Therefore it’s imperative we get you with the right coach and we also approach our system as a team effort to get you the highest amount of ROI in your business and life as quickly as possible.

How many coaching calls do I get?
You get a total of (24) 1:1 coaching calls per contract agreement. This usually breaks down 2 calls/month.
Additionally, 1 GROUP call for any and all 1:1 coaching clients is held 1/month
Other value adds are access to our events, facebook community groups and digital assets and courses.
Do you have speaking or on-site trainings available?
Yes. Our coach or team of coaches are available to educate in person or virtually. Book a call to discuss rates and more information around your needs and location.
