I talk a lot about setting the standard and being the example across the board. One way that I mean this is that I really, really focus and I’m heavily interested in making sure our clients have an “above and beyond” experience. Something that they don’t have, don’t experience, or just at a baseline have not seen other people do.
One of the biggest ways we do that is with our custom boxes. We send out custom boxes for anyone who’s been a guest on the Big Stud podcast. But the also cool part is this shows up on their front door. This goes through UPS and everybody that sees this is like, “Oh, what’s the Big Stud about?” It’s about the client experience, but it also has some personal promotion in there.
Also for our WinRate clients, we have a WinRate box. On the top panel, it states “Win Fast, Win Often”. When they open the box, same thing…”Win Fast, Win Often”. In the box, we put a book, a handwritten card, a coin, stickers, a mug, a hat, etc all the different things.
We do this to make sure our clients feel like we are absolutely paying attention to them and are trying to make sure they have the best experience possible.
This is not that expensive, but it absolutely helps you differentiate yourself to your customers whenever you bring them on.
You’re trying to help them retain, or ultimately trying to make them just feel appreciated.
These are just little things you can do in your business today that will lead to a great impact!
