My one-on-one coaching sessions can be utilized during or after completing my online courses when you want to have specific solutions that relate to what you do and who you are. However, you don’t have to do the online courses first or even at all. They are very useful courses that will walk you through the WinRate sales and leadership process, but I understand that some people work best face to face.

I am very flexible in how my one-on-one coaching can be accomplished. For companies in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, I can schedule weekly, in-person sessions. If you are out of the area, I can begin with an intensive 4 to 5-hour in-person session and then do subsequent sessions via video conferencing.
